If you are a novice in camping and hiking, start with day adventure trips till you feel you are comfortable and skilled enough to plan a few days in wilderness parks. Finding the right rock climbing equipment is pretty easy after you get used to it.
If you start early then when the time comes for you to head out you just need to put together all the items and start packing. You would expect there to be many different kinds of outdoor camping equipment that you can get for your next trip. It is also strongly recommended that you check all the camping gear before you start on the trip.
Take a hike near home with a fully loaded pack to see how far you can comfortably go. You will also want to take some time and research things like stoves and lamps before beginning camping. Even from an airplane, views are different that from standing on top of a mountain that you just climbed.
Although the outdoor camping equipment that I got was really good, it was completely inappropriate for the type of trip I was taking. Many places can even provide you with guides who are experts in climbing. Keep in mind, though, that good hiking boots are not daily wear shoes.
